Be proud of me!

My Mummy's midwife came to visit her the other day, little did I know that the visit was more about ME.  She took all my clothes off - which was just awful, it is winter after all!  She then put me in a funny nappy thing, with a funny scale thing & held me by the scale thing, and then said something about me putting on a good amount of weight - whatever that is.. the number 7lb13.5oz came up - I guess that is what I weight?  My Mummy said I was 8lb0oz when I was born, so I am almost back up to birth weight... I REALLY need to invest in a dictionary so I can find out what weight means (yes, I know it's strange that I already know what a dictionary is..).   Mummy and the midwife said I have shrunk since birth, because midwife Julz said I was 55cm long at birth, but when midwife Nickie measured me the other day, I was only 51.5cm!  Nickie said that Julie must have measured me wrong.  Either way, I'm a good size!

I have had my first visit to a place called 'the Palms' - which is a big building with lots of shops, and lots of places where big babies who can walk and talk, put stuff in their out repeatedly, and comment on how tasty it is... I think my Mummy said it's 'food'?  Seems a bit silly to me, they should just had some milk like I do!  We visited a place where they DO make drinks for these big babies, it is called coffee - and my Mummy seemed very very happy to drink hers.  That's how I feel when I have a bottle.  So happy.  Everyone who was making the drinks there, came over to have a look at me, and commented on how cute I am... My Mummy agreed with them - which I think is a good thing!!!!

My big sister - Gaby, seems to love me a lot.  Whenever I am awake she is by my side, touching my head, and kissing me, and hugging me.. it does get a LITTLE annoying when she does it over and over and over, but my Mummy tells her to stop, and then it's okay... I do like her being around me though, because she makes me feel special - I secretly like it when she kisses me 100 times in a row, but don't tell Mummy that!!!!  I can't wait until I'm old enough to play with her toys, they all look so fun!  I just hope she will let me play with them.....
